2. The period for the money back guarantee begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, which is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.

4. The return of the goods is at your risk.
5. The goods must be in original packaging (if the goods have been delivered in appropriate packaging), complete, unused (if the goods were new) and undamaged.
