The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.

In the case of goods supply contracts, the withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date on which the customer or a third party appointed by him, to the exclusion of the carrier, you will be in possession of the goods object of the last delivery to complete fulfillment of the order.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer)without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

We may refuse compensation until the goods have been returned or until the consumer has presented the documentation attesting to the return of the goods, depending on the condition that occurs first.

You are kindly requested to return the goods or deliver them to us, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

The direct costs of the return shipment are at your charge.

You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early termination of the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: the supply of goods to be produced and the supply of goods made to measure or customized according to the needs of the consumer. 

General information

1) Avoid damaging and contaminating products. Return the product possibly in the original packaging with all accessories and all elements of the packaging. Where necessary, use a protective envelope for shipment. If you no longer have the original packaging, use a suitable packaging that provides sufficient protection against damage from transport.

2) Please do not return the goods with a freight payment at our expense.

3) Please note that the general information provided above is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
